Return to Presence
+ Notice Again

A two-part private experience
Creating space to notice what is here and reconnect with your own information.

Sometimes we can understand our patterns and still have difficulty accessing that understanding while life is happening. Return to Presence + Notice Again offers a place to practice something different: noticing the information that's here without immediately needing to interpret, solve, or act on it.

Signals are information first.

RETURN TO PRESENCE

60-minute private session

We'll begin with what you're noticing now and explore a series of gentle experiential practices together.

I'll guide the experience, but there isn't a “right” response we're trying to produce.

The practice begins with noticing.

LIVE + NOTICE

2–3 weeks

You'll leave with a few simple practices you can return to in ordinary life.

Not homework.

Not something you have to do perfectly.

Just opportunities to notice:

What happens when I make a little more room for my own information?

NOTICE AGAIN

60-minute private session

Then we'll meet for Notice Again—a chance to explore what changed, what you learned, and what became available.

.

What happened as expected? What surprised you? What did you notice differently?

All of that is information.

A collaborative experience.

I bring the structure, practices, questions, and my experience. You remain the authority on your experience and your choices.

Coaching and educational support; not therapy, crisis support, or treatment for a mental or physical health condition.

Two-Part Private Experience
  • Two private 60-minute Zoom sessions

  • 2–3 weeks between sessions

  • Simple practices to explore between sessions

  • Take-with-you practice resource

Present enough to participate.

Presence doesn't require knowing what happens next.

We can notice what is here.
Listen to the information.
Discern what is reliable.

And learn what becomes available when we include ourselves in the experience.

Return to Presence is a place to practice.
