Present Enough to Participate.

We don't always get to know what happens next.

We can notice what is here.
Listen to the information.
Discern within the reality we're in.
And choose our part.

Signals are information first.

You May Already Understand Your Patterns.

You may know why you anticipate, overthink, take responsibility, or work hard to maintain connection—and still find it difficult to access what you know when life is actually happening.

Understanding the pattern and knowing how to participate differently aren't always the same thing.

My work explores the space between what we notice and what we do next.

HI, I'M DEENA

For much of my life, I became very good at noticing what was happening around me.

I could read people, anticipate needs, solve problems, take responsibility, keep things moving, and figure out what needed to happen next. What took me much longer to learn was how to notice me.

What am I feeling?

What is my body telling me?

What do I actually want?

What matters here?

What is mine to carry?

What is true?

And, ultimately:

What do I choose?

That exploration has become the heart of my work.
